AT&T Wireless GoPhone Plans

If you are looking for Individual AT&T Wireless Phone Plans, you can start with the GoPhone Plans Configurator. The lowest plan offered is $30 Monthly, $25 with AutoPay which includes:

• Unlimited calling in the U.S.
• Unlimited text, picture, and video messaging within the U.S. and from the U.S. to Mexico, Canada, and over 100 countries. See att.com/gophoneintltext for more details.
• Stream Saver which allows you to save data by streaming higher definition video at Standard Definition quality (about 480p) on compatible devices. This option is activated by AT&T automatically, and can be managed (turn it off or back on) via att.com/mygophone link.
• Eligibility for Multi-Line Discount on up to 5 lines.

Next two plans offered are $45 Monthly, $40 with AutoPay and $65 Monthly, $60 with AutoPay. These plans both include:

• Unlimited text, picture, and video messaging within the U.S., Mexico, and Canada and from the U.S., Mexico, and Canada to over 100 countries.
• Roaming in Mexico and Canada-Talk, Text, and Data (Minimum 50% U.S. usage required).
• Unlimited Talk from the U.S. to Mexico and Canada.
• Eligibility for Multi-Line Discount on up to 5 lines.

The main difference between the $45 and $65 plans is in the data amount. The $60 plan comes with the Unlimited Data while the $45 plan includes 6GB of data. The $45 plan also includes the Rollover Data feature which allows you to carry over the unused high-speed data for one 30-day renewal period.

AT&T Mobile Share Advantage Plans

The Mobile Share Advantage plans have been introduced to simplify the pricing and eliminate data overage charges for AT&T’s wireless customers. This works for you as a customer as, once you use all of your high-speed data amounts, all data usage will be reduced to a maximum of 128 kbps for the rest of your bill cycle. Therefore, you do not experience any overage charges. After all your high-speed data allotments are used, all data usage is slowed to a max of 128 Kbps (2G speed) for the rest of the bill cycle. This means that you will have basic data use for viewing a web page or checking email.

Individual Mobile Share Advantage plans include data transfer that ranges from 1GB to 100GB. For business customers AT&T has Mobile Share Advantage for Business plans which run from 25GB to 200GB and can accommodate up to 25 lines.

All of the plans include Rollover Data, Unlimited Domestic Talk/Text, and Unlimited Text from U.S. to 120+ countries. Plans with the data of 10GB and up also include Unlimited Talk/Text to Mexico and Canada, and plan usage in Mexico with no roaming charges.

In regards of contract and no contract options, there are additional charges for those without annual contract, like a $20 access charge per smartphone, and $15 charge per smartphone line a month on Mobile Share Advantage for Business.

All of the above plans come with the Device Access Charge. The amount of charge depends on if a customer has a contract or not.

AT&T Unity Plans

Aside from unlimited calls to AT&T mobile users, AT&T Cell Phone Plans in the past offered Unity Plans which allowed unlimited calls to any AT&T phone. There are three Unity Plans to choose from, including Individual Plans, Family Plans, and Prepaid Plans. As of early 2010 “AT&T Unity” is no longer offered, although it is still supported for existing customers who have it.
