U-verse’s Lineup for Spanish Speakers Is Extensive
While AT&T U-verse customers who speak languages other than English will find the company delivers a wide variety of programming options from around the world, Spanish speakers have access to the most robust packages. With dozens of channels from around the Spanish-speaking world, subscribers can keep up with everything from news and sports to movies and soap operas.
Paquete Espanol Sets U-verse Apart
Paquete Espanol is the programming package with up to 60 Spanish language channels that makes U-verse’s Latino options really stand out. Viewers will find an extensive lineup of channels in this add on that gives the Latino packages their own spin. The package includes a number of network channels from around the globe, news channels, sports programming and Spanish versions of major American networks, such as ESPN, NBC, History and Disney, among others.

Basic Spanish-Language Packages
U-verse has built versions of its basic programming options especially for speakers of Spanish. That means basic cable package offerings with Paquete Espanol added in to deliver a distinctly Spanish programming twist. The monthly fees associated with packages varies by the number of channels in the basic programming packages. The options include:
- U-Basic Latino – This package includes regularly offered local channels and the Paquete Espanol lineup.
- U-familia Latino – This package includes Paquete Espanol, family oriented digital channels, local channels and THDVR and access to an extensive on-demand library.
- U200 Latino – This is U-verse’s standard U200 package Paquete Espanol added as an upgrade. U200 on its own delivers more than 360 channels. HD channels are not included, but can be added for a small monthly fee.
- U300 Latino – The package delivers all the channels in the company’s U300 package along with Paquete Espanol. U300 comes with more than 470 channels, including Starz, Encore, Showtime Unlimited and a larger capacity Total Home DVR.
- U450 Latino – This option for Spanish speakers includes the U450 lineup plus Paquete Espanol. The 450 package is U-verse’s biggest. It features more than 550 different channels and apps and includes HBO, Cinemax and more than 190 HD channels. A larger capacity DVR also comes with this package.
AT&T U-verse customers who speak Spanish as their first or second language will find a world of programming is available to them. Small upgrade fees do apply to put a Latino twist on the programming packages.
