At the end of the fourth quarter of 2016, the number of AT&T Internet, TV, and Voice subscribers was reflected through 15.6 million Internet connections in service, and almost 46 million video connections through DIRECTV & U-verse TV111 services. Nearly 4 million living units were with an access to the AT&T Fiber network. 11.8 million connected cars on the AT&T network as of 4Q 2016.
In addition, AT&T Digital Life® was available in 84 markets, and the number of AT&T wireless customers in the U.S. and Mexico was 147 million. All this was supported by 1,088,638 route miles of fiber globally. Finally, every 7 seconds, someone would switch to DIRECTV.
